Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using our websites or products you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the service.

2. Who we are

Odiyansh Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India with its registered office at Katak, Odisha 753004, India, trading as Odiyansh. We work with people and businesses across India and beyond.

We operate in three areas. We build our own digital products — OdyLinks, a digital identity page, is the first, and more are in development. We run Odiyansh Agency, a creative and digital agency providing marketing, branding, creative production and web and product design. And we are developing a platform around Odia culture, which is not yet live.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “Odiyansh” mean Odiyansh Private Limited. It is the party to this agreement — the company, not the brand. “You” means you — whether you are reading the site, sending us an enquiry, or using one of our products.

You can reach us at info@odiyansh.com. It is a monitored mailbox and a person replies.

3. What these terms cover

These terms cover odiyansh.com, every odiyansh.com subdomain we operate, OdyLinks, and any future Odiyansh product that does not publish its own terms. Where a product does publish its own, those terms govern that product and these cover everything else.

Agency work is separate. If we are doing paid work for your business, that engagement is governed by the proposal, statement of work or agreement we sign with you — not by this page. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

These terms are an agreement. By using the site or our products you accept them. If you do not, the remedy is simple: stop using them.

4. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Give accurate information and keep it current. One account per person. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use our products to:

• publish unlawful content, or content that infringes anyone else’s intellectual property
• impersonate a person, business or organisation
• publish sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses or threatens anyone
• distribute malware, run phishing, or send spam
• scrape, reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the service
• misrepresent an affiliation with Odiyansh

6. Your content

You own what you publish. You grant us a limited licence to host, display and distribute it purely so we can run the service. We can remove content that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why when we do.

7. Our content

The Odiyansh name, the symbol, the wordmark, our site copy and our product interfaces are ours. The cultural traditions we draw on are not ours, and we make no claim over them.

8. Free and paid plans

Our free plans are genuinely usable and we intend to keep them that way. We may change what a free plan includes, and we’ll give notice before we do. Paid features are governed by the plan you bought at the time you bought it.

9. Payments

Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment fails we’ll retry and notify you before downgrading the account. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Agency engagements

Work delivered by Odiyansh Agency is governed by a separate signed scope of work covering deliverables, intellectual property transfer, timelines and payment. These terms don’t replace that document.

11. Availability

We aim for high uptime but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance, and we’ll schedule it to minimise disruption where we can.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why. You can close your account at any time from your settings.

13. Third-party links

An OdyLink can point anywhere. We don’t control or endorse the destinations users link to, and we’re not responsible for their content.

14. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent Indian law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims arising from content you publish through our products or from your breach of these terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts at Katak, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.

Before going to court, both sides agree to try to resolve the matter directly — write to info@odiyansh.com and give us thirty days to respond. Most disputes are a misunderstanding that a conversation fixes faster and cheaper than a filing.

If you are a consumer, this clause does not override the forums the Consumer Protection Act 2019 gives you access to.

17. Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell us before you escalate it. Write to Admin, Odiyansh at info@odiyansh.com with “Complaint” in the subject line and describe what happened, when, and what you would like done.

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and aim to redress them within one month, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020. For complaints about personal data specifically, the process in our Privacy Policy applies and the timelines there are shorter.

Nothing here removes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other law. If we cannot resolve a matter between us, you remain free to take it to the appropriate consumer forum or authority.

18. Changes to these terms

We update the date at the top when these terms change. For material changes affecting account holders, we give 30 days’ notice by email.
