Refunds & Cancellations
Cancel whenever you like. If a paid plan isn’t working for you within the first week, we refund it.

1. What this covers
This policy covers paid OdyLinks plans. Agency engagements with Odiyansh Agency are governed by the signed scope of work for that project, not by this page.
2. The free plan
Nothing to cancel, nothing to refund. Your OdyLink stays free for as long as you want it.
3. Cancelling a paid plan
Cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and we don’t charge you again after that.
4. Refund window
Seven days from your first purchase, no questions asked. Email us within that window and we refund you in full. Renewals are not automatically refundable, but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and you tell us within seven days, we will refund it.
5. What isn't refundable
- Partial periods after the seven-day window has passed
- Plans cancelled by us because of a breach of the Terms of Service
- Custom or agency work that has already been delivered
6. Failed or duplicate payments
Always refunded in full, regardless of the window. If you were charged twice, tell us and we’ll fix it.
7. How to request a refund
Email info@odiyansh.com with the payment reference and the email address on the account.
8. How long it takes
We acknowledge within 2 working days and initiate the refund within 7 working days. Your bank then typically takes 5 to 10 working days to credit it. Refunds go back to the original payment method only.
