Is Odiyansh hiring?

Do you hire remotely?
The team is based in Katak and the work is remote-friendly. Roles that need regular in-person collaboration say so in the listing.
What kind of people does Odiyansh look for?
People who care how the work turns out after they have shipped it. Craft matters more than a long CV here, and a portfolio or a thing you have built says more than a list of tools you have used.
Do you take interns or students?
Yes, open applications from students and recent graduates are read the same way as any other. Show something you made — a project, a page, a campaign, a piece of writing — and say what you would want to build here.
What should an open application include?
Your work, and a short note on what you would want to build and why Odiyansh specifically. Links beat attachments, and two paragraphs that are specific beat a page that is not.
Will I hear back if there are no open roles?
Yes. Every open application gets a reply, normally within two working days, even when the answer is that there is nothing right now. Applications are kept on file and revisited when a role opens.
